( My response to a earlier comment)... But u have 2 admit Obama really is trying 2 keep his word. And trying to stick to his promises he ran & won the election with. It's just the people around him are like that family member that u care about, but don't really want 2 be around because they all ways be on some bulls***! He need to quit asking and start demanding that everyone stand up & deliver or he will put the full power of of his position on them and everyone around them no matter how small the offence! You can tell they really don't respect him! When bush was out here for eight years bullying the whole world NO ONE STOOD UP 2 HIM! Even after they stole his last election with the help of his family. And not one arrest or jail time served. If Obama do anything like that they will call me the angry black man & not to be trusted! And they have been trying really hard to goat him in & lose control like so many have this year.Look right or wrong he has been one of the most smartest presidents we have had in a long time!!! and he deserve a chance! let him work a full year before we burn him to the stake. Don't forget he came in at one of the worst times in our country's history, so many major problems and not enough people trying to solve them! It's like everyone is quick to point the finger,but no one will sign there name to s*** or come with a better plan. He's one man,a powerful man, but even he have to get the votes needed to pass anything! Be glad could you imagine if the pit-bull & the so called war hero that didn't tell won!

Presidents Barack Obama is at war! yes he won the seat, but now he's in the fight of his life! it's like he's playing quarterback for a pro football team with no blockers! it's bad when u can't even trust the team you put in place to do a job, and find out you hired a bunch half ass in-employees! It's like most of these high payed people can't do their job. You have a four General, who trained pretty much all his life in the code of the warrior! a United State of America four Star who broke the chain of command and who knows what other laws just to take pot shots at Barack Obama! because if you attack his administration,You are attacking him! you had  a noted federal trial judge in Louisiana Tuesday blocked the Obama administration from implementing its heavily publicized and politically charged sixth-month moratorium on offshore drilling to operations in the Gulf of Mexico following the Deep water Horizon disaster. like they didn't see all the dead wild life pulled out of the water in the last few months! Never in history have one President had to deal with so much bullshit in his first term! For the first time in my life i see the power of wealth!  That's what it's all about. think about it! for the day he took his oath, they showed him disrespect. they tried to derail his campaign, but he still won! they underestimated him! but now everyone is starting to show their true colors. BP  plain on leaking that oil, why would i say that, because the President and a few others sold off  a major amount of company stock a day before the spill! Plus they being misleading this man from day one. He passed a very watered down health care plan and because of this the power players at the major insurance companies will raise every one's premiums by 30%! Man you just can't win. People need help! you just can't seat and hope things get better, you have to make tough choices! try to fix it now, or cry about it more later. He is fighting for you and your kids future. It's going to get worst before it get better, so to make a long bog longer, just give the man a chance! shit be glad  what if we still had bush!

Music 101# Don't trust every online company to sell your music!

I'm looking over a friends quarterly statement & he's piss! He sign up with ASCAP & they don't have any of his music on file & they never even sent his sale counts to ASCAP 2 track his music & he's moving units world wide! O.K. Business people what's wrong with this picture!

O.K. I should be charging for this! But I'm buzz off drank & the Suns will live for another day!HA! ARTIST,PRODUCERS & anyone deal with sales! never let anyone who don't earn their money hold s***! They take $3.00 bucks off every CD! & 20 cent off of every down load! just 2 collect your money! when company ask, they E-mail them a copy! Most company's now let you do that 4 free! They don't market,they don't promote! Thing about it long and hard before you do the deal, because once it's in motion it's hard to track down where your music is going and if they don't have to report to ASCAP or BMI who is really watching your sales? sure they give you a print out ,but that's according to them! The Orchard too They all just sit on your music until someone request that album or song! What do you think they tell Wal-mart or best Buy when they ask for any hot new releases? Nothing because they don't promote just collect your money. The really bad part about all this is if for some reason they shut down your out in the cold without a third party to back you in court if it comes to that. The Major's label's don't have a track record of you, so how can they find u! If you ask me i think it really hurt the sales of all the indie artist and labels because your fighting for air time , your fighting stage time the last thing you need to fight for is marketing time at the stores and online. ASCAP should pull their membership because their not being fair with their artist when they sign up! So ALL Members of ASCAP and BMI  stand up and make them report everything!!! When artist see that you work with ascap that give them a fake sense of protection! It's not right!
